NeuroMuscular Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy
NeuroMuscular Therapy is a specialized form of massage in which pressure is used to release areas of strain in the muscle. These tight muscle areas are called tender or trigger points. These trigger points can cause muscular pain symptoms or muscular referral patterns. NeuroMuscular Therapy can be successful in relieving chronic pain or tension.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Pressure Swedish Massage
Deep tissue massage is a form of Swedish massage with an increased depth of pressure. Deep tissue massage is beneficial in treating all the fibers of the muscle. This modality of massage is extremely beneficial in relieving chronic tension of targeted muscles, along with increasing relaxation.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
A traditional full body or concentrated area massage
This modality of Swedish Massage is offered in light to moderate depths of pressure. Swedish Massage can be beneficial for promoting relaxation, restoring movement, or relieving stress. A full body typically includes a client's back, neck, arms, hands, glutes (hips), legs, and feet.
Reiki
Balance your mind, body and spirit with this energetic healing treatment
Reiki is a Japanese energetic technique that promotes relaxation and healing. The theory of Reiki is that we have Ki, or a life force energy, that flows into and through our bodies. As a practitioner, I have developed energy manipulation techniques to release stagnant Ki which encourages healing to the mind, body, and spirit.
